As a Junior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in planning and overseeing boat projects, ensuring impeccable quality, adherence to schedules, and budget management.

​EXPERIENCE

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

​RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate in the development of project documents and templates.
• Ensure strict compliance with quality and project standards.
• Monitor project phases to ensure they are executed on time, within budget, and meet the client's approved quality standards.
• Provide support to the Senior Project Manager in coordinating and supervising project tasks.
• Act as a liaison with the client's representative during the ship's stay at the shipyard.
• Organize and supervise work across different departments.
• Manage internal project documentation and schedules.
• Execute reporting activities for your project portfolio and team as directed.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, consistently delivering excellent results.
• Adhere to company rules, regulations, and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, upholding professional work standards.
• Perform other reasonable duties within the scope of this role, as required by operations management.
