We store basic data to identify you, maintain our relationship and creating invoices, such as your name, mailing address, NIF/CIF (tax ID number), bank account number, whether you, as a client, opt for direct debit.

The information is not deleted unless you request it in the cases where the data may be deleted (see question 3). It is always available, although it may be blocked for the sending of marketing/sales information if you have exercised any of the rights of deletion or restriction or objection to processing.

Backups are made of the servers that contain the data. These backups are properly secured and protected.

Remote access occurs via VPN protocol.
